Player starts out 5 yards from cone. On "go", he runs lifting knees up towards chest (high knees) to the cone. At the cone, he will sprint out the final 5 yards.
Player starts out 5 yards from cone. On "go", he will take short choppy steps while twisting his hips back and forth keeping his shoulders square. At the cone, he will sprint out the final 5 yards.
Player starts out 5 yards from cone and coach will stand behind the cone. On "go", the player will sprint towards the cone. At the last second possible, the coach will point left or right. The player will put his foot in the ground, cut that direction, and sprint out the final 5 yards.
Player starts out 5 yards from cone. On "go", he will sprint from cone to cone in diagonal directions. The ball should be in the outside arm, high and tight. The ball should switch arms at every cone. The player should also be putting their foot in the ground and cutting to the next cone. Do not round off the cones or just run around them.
