Player starts at first cone or at a yard line. On "go" or "whistle, player will sprint 5 yards to the next cone, stop and chop his feet. On "go" or "whistle" player will sprint 5 more yards, stop and chop feet. Continue through all cones, sprinting out the final 5 yards.
Player starts at first cone or at a yard line. On "go" or "whistle, player will stick first step in one direction so as to fake that direction then sprint 5 yards to the next cone in opposing direction, stop and chop his feet. Continue through all cones, sprinting out the final 5 yards.

Player will stand 5 yards from coach. Coach will be on knees with bag of tennis balls. Player stands still and square to the coach with hands up and ready. Coach will then underhand throw tennis balls in differing areas but not outside of players reach. Player will catch each ball with one hand or the other and drop it so they are ready to catch the next one.
On the field you can use a standing pad or the field goal post. At home, find something you can stand behind and still get your arms around easily. Player will stand behind post with arms around it. Coach will then throw them the ball. Player will use hands only to catch it. The post prevents the ball from being trapped against the chest.
All receivers should be catching balls. Find someone who can get out in the yard and throw the ball with you. Dad, Mom, sibling, whoever will get out there with you. It doesn't need to be perfect, just practice catching the ball and doing so with your hands and not your chest.
